1-10oz log plain goat cheese

1/4 Cups, chopped nasturtium leaves and flowers

2 Tbsp pinenuts, toasted

1 Tbsp orange zest

Leave goat cheese out to come to room temperature. In a mixing bowl,  combine the goat cheese, chopped Nasturtium, pine nuts and orange zest and mix well. transfer goat cheese mixture into a sandwich sized zip-top bag and form back into log shape. play some refrigerator for 2 hours answer when ready. this cheese mixture can be used to spice up a salad or is delicious on your afternoon charcuterie and cheese platter. no matter what this will be a fan favorite. cheers!
